Becoming a Powerful Negotiator as a Leader

Date: Monday October 23, 2023 Time: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm (GMT) Price: £350.00

How to ask for what you want and get it as a woman leader

Women leaders are much less likely than men to use negotiation when advocating for themselves. And much more likely and more successfully when negotiating on behalf of others. This can be a huge disadvantage.

Women are taught early on that pushing on our own behalf is unfeminine, unattractive…unwelcome even.

So we need to ask how well do we understand the forces that shape our own and others beliefs and attitudes around our ‘asking’, so we can reframe and re-tool?

Join me at my 90-minute session on becoming a powerful negotiator to get the tools and understanding to be a better negotiator – negotiation for your team, for your organisation and for you.

THIS IS THE EVENT FOR YOU IF YOU WANT TO LEARN:

• Why negotiating is a critical leadership skill

• The challenges and opportunities for women around negotiating

• How to approach the design of your negotiations with skill

This is an opportunity for great learning and great networking – I hope to see you there! Contact me for more info at penny@pennydevalk.com
