Are you wondering how or whether, to take on a bigger leadership role?

Have you had feedback about your leadership style that is confusing?

Have you been appointed to a more senior role and want to make sure you are up to it?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then I could help you. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership development, building businesses that help people grow into their leadership capability. I’m committed to sharing the benefit of my experience with women who want to be the best leader they can be and who want to do that with authenticity, integrity, skill and confidence.

Who I work with

My clients are women of all ages, at all levels and at all stages in their career, across the globe.  I work with people who are open to change, can work virtually and intensely, who are keen to understand themselves and their world better so they can get on with making the difference and impact they want to make. The common thread is they are comfortable with virtual working and want to fit their tailored development around their busy lives. I currently span Melbourne, San Francisco, London, Auckland, Paris and Santa Fe.

How I work – access over presence

I like to reflect the way my clients work, providing bespoke, flexible support as a virtual coach, mentor and advisor, transcending different time zones via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and phone. And I love to meet face to face when I’m in your town. I make it as easy as I can for you to get my time. That is why I focus on your access to me over my presence. Meeting once a month for an hour in your office is not how it works. Flexible, virtual working won’t become normal unless we start living it. As well as regular monthly meetings, I often have calls with my clients at 9pm once the kids are in bed or an early morning Zoom or at the desk over a sandwich through to several email exchanges in a week and regular phone calls. You have access to my calendar and you book right in. The question I ask when we embark is, ‘what does the learning and this person require?’ Then we design it together and make it happen.

My focus

My primary goal is to help clients step into their leadership identity with clarity and confidence so that they can use their talent and energy to fuel success, not just to survive. I do challenge clients, but in a supportive way which helps to see things differently and rethink inhibiting beliefs or mindsets. Developing new skills, and honing existing ones. We practice stuff! I help identify any barriers in themselves and the organisation that might be working against their success, and we come up with new strategies together to overcome them and thrive. Doing that always with the goal of getting even more comfortable in your own skin.

If you want to talk to me about how I might contribute to your, or a member of your teams’, leadership success through my coaching programme please book a 30 minute exploration session with me now.
