Are you concerned that your organisation isn’t progressing their female talent?
Are you, or a number of your high potential women, wondering whether they should take on a bigger leadership role?
Are they getting feedback about their leadership style that might be confusing?
Are you wondering if your gender diversity efforts are delivering the value they should be?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then I could help you. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership development, building businesses that help people grow into their leadership capability. I’m committed to sharing the benefit of my experience, my development expertise and my coaching skills with organisations and women who want to be the best leader they can be. No finger-waving and no victims, simply well designed and delivered high impact interventions and programmes.
Who I work with
I work with individuals and organisations. My clients are women managers at all levels and at all stages in their career, and those organisations wanting to support their development. I work with individuals and companies who are open to change, can work virtually and intensely, who are keen to understand themselves and their world better so they can get on with making the difference and impact they want to make. As individuals and as organisations.
How I work – access over presence
I like to reflect the way my clients work, providing bespoke, flexible support as a coach, mentor, consultant and advisor, transcending different time zones via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and phone. Based in central London, I also work in the US as well as Australia and New Zealand. I make it as easy as I can for you to get my time. That is why I focus on your access to me over my presence. Flexible, virtual working won’t become normal unless we start living it. As well as regular meetings, I often have calls with my clients at 9pm once the kids are in bed or an early morning Zoom or at the desk over a sandwich through to several email exchanges in a week and regular phone calls. I run my workshops virtually and in person. The question I ask when we embark as an organisation or as an individual is, ‘what does the learning and this person/organisation require?’ Then we design it together and make it happen.
My primary goal is to help clients step into their leadership identity with clarity and confidence so that they can use their talent and energy to fuel their and their organisations success. I challenge clients in a supportive way which helps to see things differently and rethink inhibiting beliefs or mind-sets. Developing new skills, and honing existing ones. We practice stuff! Doing that always with the goal of getting the best from the individual and the organisation.
