This workshop explores organizational politics, what good (and bad) looks like and how we feel about becoming more politically savvy. We overview models of political behaviour and identify how each of us operate politically. We explore the need to influence as leaders and create a framework for you to build your political skills in support of your leadership. AND how to do this with integrity.
