Becoming strategic

This workshop looks at how we can ensure that we are contributing at a strategic level as we become more senior. We better understand what that looks like, how to do it and how we approach being visionary and strategic to signal our seniority and leadership while exploring why we can sometimes prefer to stay at a more ‘doing’ level. We work on building the skills to go up 1000 feet when we need to, without sacrificing a commitment to make the strategy happen.
