Courage and risk

Building our courage and managing risk takes skill, especially as there is a perception that men and women approach risk differently. This workshop explores why we need professional courage in our leadership and how we each approach risk differently moving from risk averse to risk aware. We look at risk and anxiety and deploy tools to make the courage calculation
