This workshop focuses on how we signal our leadership and explores that amorphous thing called Executive Presence. Do you know what the impact is you want and need to make in what situations? We explore the challenges and opportunities for women leaders around demeanour and presence gaining a better understanding of what we need to manage to ensure we ‘show up’ and make the impact we need to as leaders.
