I design and deliver a range of programmes tailored to organisations across sectors. From male ally workshops, through to 12-18 month virtual global women’s leadership development programmes. These can be designed for groups at any level of management.
My workshops are robustly based in decades of social science research and delivered steeped in contemporary learning approaches. Constructive and skill-building, those attending achieve deep insight into their environment as well as themselves and build new skills to enhance their leadership impact.
Examples of programmes includes;
- A series of 90 minute virtual workshops every 6 weeks for global female leaders, these are also run in person as half day or full day workshops
- Mentor programme development
- Mentor training
- Male ally briefings
- Speaking at events on the challenges and opportunities for women leaders
- Topics include Visibility Raising, Political Savvy, Leadership Purpose, Resilience, Having your Voice Heard, Confidence, Presence & Impact, Negotiation and Authentic Authority, amongst others
