    Ninety minute small group learning and networking events

Seat at The Table workshops are 90-minute virtual, small group learning and networking sessions that I personally design and facilitate. You can join from home or work, you just need your laptop or phone and a quiet space.

I cover topics that have particular relevance for women who want to build the knowledge and skills necessary to advance their career, and thrive in their leadership role. They are a fun, effective and efficient means of building both your understanding and network, while gaining tools and techniques to take back to your workplace.

Whether you are a senior professional or in your first or second managerial role you will benefit. There are up to ten on the video Zoom call, so they are interactive sessions where we get to know one another. They are also practical so you start to build your own individual strategies to implement straight away.
